CY-FALLS SKY DANCERS DANCE CLINIC – $50 for Clinic OR $75 for Clinic+Football Game- Friday, October 16th – 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM @ CY-FALLS HIGH SCHOOL (Gym Foyer Entrance)

It’s time for the annual 2026-2027 Sky Dancer Dance Clinic – Friday, October 16th, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM in the Cy-Falls Performance Gym (enter through the schools back entrance off of Tuckerton).  Please fill out all sections of this registration form.  

DOORS OPEN AT 7:15 AM! If you are registering at the door please arrive early so the dancers can get the most out of the event. 

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION!*
-If you are registering more than one child you will need to do a separate form for each one. 

– DANCE CLINIC ONLY: Registration Fee is $50 per dancer participant (This includes Dance Clinic t-shirt)
– DANCE CLINIC + SIT WITH A SKY DANCER AT THE GAME: Registration Fee is $75 per dancer participant (This includes Dance Clinic t-shirt and game ticket for the participant only)

-Please read ALL additional information on the Football Game found IN THIS DOCUMENT

-There is a $10 discount for siblings that you may select after registering the first child at the normal price

-Children of Cypress Falls employees automatically receive a $10 discount

– T-shirts are included with registration (must be registered by 10/9 to guarantee size)

– Lunch will not be provided but your dancer may bring a snack. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILD BRING A WATER BOTTLE! If it is reusable please make sure their name is on it. 
– Payment options are:  Card or Paypal (extra fee’s will apply for paypal payments) 

– Late registration is the morning of October 16th from 7:30 – 8:00 AM – cash accepted; shirts extremely limited/may be sold out 

**Show-off performance for parents at 11:30 AM the day of the clinic in the Performance Gym!  Come and watch your dancer’s hard work!**

**Please pick up your dancer from the clinic no later than 12:05 PM**

** If you are planning on having your child sit with a Sky Dancer at the game, please meet a Sky Dancer representative at PRIDGEON STADIUM by the Field Gate where the Sky Dancers and Band members enter from AT 5PM!**  We will be on the Visitors side!**
